How do I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can sometimes take a few days to activate, this is normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, it goes straight to preparation. It is therefore generally not possible to cancel or change it. If needed, contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Do you offer returns?
Yes! You have 30 days after receipt to return an item to us. Products must be in good condition and in their original packaging.
How do I make a return?

What if my item arrives damaged?
Don't worry! If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover 100% of the replacement or refund.
